While on Kauai I stumbled upon this pretty little beach. There was no one there. It was pristine. The cerulean ocean, the white froth of waves pounding against the ink-black of the lava rock, and the coconut palm waving overhead offered up a perfect tropical tableau. This is why we love Hawaii.
